the "Retro Ranch"

This was such a fun project with drastic before and after photos. We wanted to give this "retro ranch" some needed updates, while also retaining the homes character. Our project scope for this home included: deep cleaning, updated flooring throughout, freshly painted walls, kitchen cabinet conditioning and new hardware, new lighting, updated bathroom tile and countertops, staging, and some exterior cleanup.

This home is a shining example of our process working magic. We sold for $46K over asking price with only two days on the market. This offer also included no inspections and appraisal gap coverage. The sellers were amazed to say the least!
