Our Story
Amy Birkholz is the founding agent for the Home Design Real Estate Group. Amy has been a high performing agent with Home Real Estate for the last 14 years. Amy began using staging techniques early in her career and grew her knowledge and inventory over that time. Amy also began working closely with builders, R&D Custom Homes, which led to Amy's increasing design and project management experience.
Amy had a dream of uniting agents to focus on harnessing the power of presentation and design to bring high yield transactions to even more clientele. The agents in the Home Design Real Estate Group collaborate to grow and use their combined knowledge and resources to dominate the Lincoln market. The group is known for "setting the market" in many cases earning above market offers. Overall the group simply wants what is best for our clients and each group member will strive to make that happen each and every time!
